Should any item be purchased and delivered to you, and be found to be defective in any way, you may return the product to us for an exchange or a full refund within 7 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If an EFT was made, please ensure that your bank details are supplied in order for us to process the payment. Payments will take 5 to 10 business days to be processed.

Step by step process
1. Contact our customer support team via email or telephonically
2. Inform us you would like to cancel your order or return the products you purchased from us
3. We will inform you when the courier will collect the goods you wish to return
4. Once the order arrives in our warehouse, we will inspect the goods
5. If your claim is successful, we will initiate the refund
